Idea: have on-chain voting history of all custodians in the member client

Custodian Voting History

As a voter, it can be hard to separate promises from actions of representatives. We have a unique opportunity to bring more transparency to representative voting.

Since voting data is already available on-chain to those who know how to find it, I'd like to put forward that: we have a voting history explorer for all custodians within the member client.

The Benefits:

• Helps give valuable information to voters - Providing voting information to members about their custodians helps to inform members about which custodians are representing their interests.

• Increases accountability - Making it easy for members to follow how each custodian is voting, helps build up a record which displays custodians actual on-chain actions.

Having a custodian voting history explorer gives the average member an accessible way to look at what each custodian is voting on.
