How to specify a local port to make a request ?

    My current situation is: 
    this machine makes multiple requests at the same time, and the port is random. 
    How to realize the specified port sending in the program, is it through the Transport? 
    But I only see the local adress, and no port. 
    Can you help me solve this problem?
