Missing Response.reason breaks requests compat

I found that httpx.Response uses reason_phrase instead of reason which breaks requests compat. Fix for this is easy - just add new property reason returning reason_phrase. I have PR ready but was instructed to open a discussion first.

I discovered this while adding async client to tweepy.
