http_method_names =['patch'] shows read only fields and give 200 response without any changes

If I select method as patch and my serialiser has read only fields then it display those read only fields as well in browsable api. When I have method=PUT then it hide those fields

Moreover, if a user try to patch those read only fields they get status code 200 response.
The data is never changed tho
