connection would be destroyed if mqtt-sn client send a 2nd CONNECT in connected state. #134

if mqtt-sn client send a 2nd CONNECT in connected state,
the client has no CONNACK response, and connection is gone from connection list

version: 3.1.2 and 3.2.0-rc
