Add University of Geneva to the list of institutions

I am attempting to add faculty members from the University of Geneva (see PR: #8305). However, the university is not currently included in the list of institutions.

This causes commit_validation to fail when adding faculty members, as the institution is not recognized. Additionally, attempts to add the institution result in commit_validation errors because adding institutions is restricted.

Could you please add the University of Geneva to the list of institutions?
