fix: template returning false if array if defaultInstances is 0

Description

There are fields in the form that don't require a default number of instances (ie 0), it needs to be dependant on the user, If user wants then the form should populate the field otherwise not.

@JaeAeich im not sure I understand. Currently the fields that can be duplicated are not populated by default unless you specify the defaultInstances key. If the number of default instances is dependent on the user then you should be able to have that information collected as an attribute by your component and feed it to the form component.

@salihudickson can you please take a look #156 deployement preview. The Create WES component should have false written in a number of place. I have specified 0 instance so that we the user need then only form should be populated by clicking on add. Hope that clear it.
