Etalon Detection

This is a colletion of scripts for etalon detection analysis.

Usage

All files are in the src folder.

Function Descriptions

`etalon_detection.py`

This script is used to automatically determine etalon and baseline parameters

Inputs:

Inputs are passed in command line arguments

--r or --residual Path to residual *_.csv files.
--d or --dataPath to data files.
--s or --save_path (Optional) Path to save figures. If not provided, figures will not be saved.
--o or --output_path (Optional) Output path for the summary CSV file. If not provided, no summary CSV will be generated.

Outputs:

`etalon_summarize.py`

`plot_fit_results.py`
