Decrypting messages shows IndexedDB transaction failure

Some users are seeing "unable to decrypt: InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': the database connection is closing" on specific messages.

Debug logs suggest overall storage consistency passes, so that seems to make it distinct from #12410.

Yesterday and Today, I've met the described error:

** Unable to decrypt: InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': The database connection is closing. **

Currently, I'm working around the issue by using "Clear cache and reload".

Ironically, I get the same error when I try to submit the debug log:

I noticed I was pretty close on disk space at the time of the bugs. So I figure that might have been related as noted elsewhere. So I guess the issue is the user should be made aware that the issue could be a lack of storage space.

Re-request encryption keys from your other sessions.

it is shown instead of all chat messages in a single room. I have the same user session connected via android and there is no error. I tried to click on re-request encryption keys, but it didn't solve the issue. Last time I killed brave browser and relogged after which the messages were shown as expected and no errors. Debug logs fail to be sent with the same error.

Same issue on a single room … I don’t know how to fix without total uninstall/reinstall …
