Implement Element Call to current Android App (instead of Jitsi)

What would you like to do?

Given that video call between Android phones don't work at all (#7619) and other major issues around voip which get ignored for months, please consider implementing Element Call in the current Android App (successor of Jitsi).
I know EC will be part of ElementX but it says that ElementX will be released by the end of the year which is still quite a while to wait.

Why would you like to do it?

Search "call" in open issues and see 275 issues regarding call feature. Around 15% of all existing open issues could be closed/reevaluated by implementing it.

Voip bugs are being ignored. The last closed issue was in Sept 2022.

There needs to be a rethink to bring Element Call in the current version. This was initially planned by the team,

Is Element Call stable enough and ready to be introduced to a bigger userbase? @dbkr, kindly asking if you maybe know more?

If we can get atleast 1:1 based on element call, that will be a great start.
