Steps to reproduce

We develop an IM based on Element

"Push notification" is required due to various situations in IM communication

So we did some situational testing of "Push notification"

There are results

Currently Android has poor(?) results relative to iOS

the push notification not work for voice chat

if message chat the background is fail
