Threads: Share and Permalink choices #4682

Your use case
Found during testing:
Share and permalink should be at the very least next to each other in the menu, and ideally I should be able to get link through the Share UI like I would in other apps.
- In thread view, long press on a message to get the context menu
- Click on share
- Expect to see "link" option
