@gabriellandau, I was reviewing existing performance related github documentation and thought your write up (here) was valuable and should be in official docs. I'm not sure if it needs any updates, please let me know if there is anything we should be aware of if pulling it into official docs!

FYI we turned that doc into a KB article here: https://support.elastic.dev/knowledge/view/782dd841

I think there's value in making it into a regular public-facing doc, to help users attempting to self-service.

Is this still relevant? Is there still value in bringing the content from the knowledge base article into the docs?
