Update documentation on can_match query type support #138713
Description
We could add/extend the documentation around how to filter out shards/nodes and the types of queries that are supported to make it more clear for the users and provide explicit examples.
E.g. it could be possible that a user might use a "filter" on timestamp or _tier fields but as part of a query_string instead of an explicit filter, effectively disabling the optimization.
