This is admin domain, and more a case of one specific section really being out of place here, I'm going to put this back on the backlog

Discussed this anomaly with @eedugon and will let admin team prioritize

Assuming the entire page is irrelevant to serverless (except HTTP client configuration), and that the only relevant section it is relevant because it doesn't even describe network server-side settings, my suggestion would be to move that section to the top of the page as a heading-2.

The current HTTP client configuration doesn't fit well as a sub-section (heading-3) of Advanced HTTP settings of the server, as these are not even server settings.

If devs agree we could follow that approach to move the content upwards, explaining that the recommendations on that section are valid for serverless, while the rest of the page describe cluster and node level network settings that are unavailable in serverless.
