Description
The current documents about snapshots in ECE only cover creating repositories at ECE level and assign them to deployments. This is used for automatic snapshots of deployments, all handled by ECE platform (through found-snapshots).
For ECH we have some documents showing users how to create custom snapshot repositories directly at deployment level. This type of document doesn't exist for ECE, we don't tell ECE users that they can also create snapshot repositories directly at deployment level if their use case requires it.
Good thing is that the docs for ECH are also valid and applicable for ECE, and we need to make it clear.
In the "Manage Data -> Data Migration to ECH/ECE" we have already suggested the users to follow the ECH procedure even for ECE deployments.
Initial idea would be a note + link in ECE snapshots documentation explaining that the repos can also be created directly at deployment level (pointing to the ECH custom repositories doc), and updating the ECH doc applies_to to ensure it's clear they can also be applied for ECE deployments.
