Old link to docs in the docs header

Describe the bug

The header in https://www.elastic.co/docs contains a link to https://www.elastic.co/guide/index.html under Resources. Not sure if this header is used in more places.

Expected behavior

It should link to the new docs.

Steps to reproduce

Open the docs. In the nav, go to Resources > Documentation. Check the link.
