Subtitle menu should show file name

This pop-up menu should include the name of the file that a user uploaded, as otherwise it is difficult to keep track of what the Download refers to and if a user even wants to replace their file.

For prioritization: It is currently unclear if the plugin should handle subtitles at all, or if this functionality should be left in the OC editor.
