Notification issues

Describe the bug
I noticed a few things regarding the notifications:

• Notifications seem not only to be shown to the person who uploaded the video, but also to other lecturers
• The notification area shows e.g. "... und 39 weitere" but I don't know how to see those others
• When I click on the notification the course is opened, but it just shows the standard playlist and not the one where the video actually is
• The notification appears a second time after a few minutes - I think this might be triggered by the automatically launched "Republish metadata"-workflow
