Describe the bug
Saving correct oc server settings always shows a warning that the lti connection fails, although the settings are correct and the plugin works.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the server settings of a correct configured oc
  2. Click on the save button
  3. See the warning
