Port pinned messages to our webogram

I think pinned messages should be really important for the webchat. It makes a pinned message appear at the top of the message list. Useful for the stuff that requires general awareness. It should make Lean's and Fer's lives easier for short-term general awareness messages (like when we order food)

Pinned messages requires the group to be converted to a super group. Nothing bad, but there are some changes that should be revised.
