Add solution for X1's "Special Buttons"

Like most computer keyboards, the X1 has secondary "buttons" assigned to each of its function keys, F1 through F12, that are accessed via the Fn modifier key. As example, Fn+F1 will toggle device audio, whereas Fn+F8 will toggle the wifi card. However, the X1's secondary buttons for the F11 and F12 keys do not work by default on X server.

Luckily there seems to be a fix already on the arch wiki here that I can add when I have the chance.
