Fees missing w/ PayPal Checkout

I just noticed that I am not capturing processing fees since moving to OmniPay with PayPal Checkout. Did I miss doing something in the configuration?

Here's a simple example. The donor contributed $10.52 (I use the nz.co.fuzion.extrafee extension, but this was happening before I enabled it). The contribution was a single line item ($10) with extra fee option selected. Our PayPal fees are 2.2% plus $0.30, so the actual fee doesn't match. This wasn't a recurring payment and there are no taxes or other fees. What I see in the database:

I have submitted a PR to omnipay-paypal (upstream package) to support exposing PayPal fees as a first step to resolving this. thephpleague/omnipay-paypal#245

I've pulled the change in #181 - I guess we'll need to do an annoying if function exists pattern in the OmnipayMultiprocessor class
