The conversion to the format .ttf and font reinstallation helped me

Install font as an adminstrator has helped me too. Thats another option

Generally speaking, if you don't have admin access to the Windows box that you're trying to install the font onto, you need to have static TTF files ready that you install in your user profile to have any hope of seeing them as available in a JetBrains product. I don't know the reason behind it but that's how it is.
