How to use logging

Thanks for this super boilerplate!

I see that the project uses pinoHttp for logging, but it doesn't log anything to the console.

I also tried using:

_req.log.info("My test log");

but nothing is printed in the console.

How can I enable log output in the console?

Additionally, I want to integrate logging with Google Cloud Logging. In which part of the project template would you recommend adding the cloud logging integration?
