Support .agents/skills for skills discovery

Since .agents/skills is becoming popular and consensus among tools, it'd be good for eca to support this common path so skills can be shared among different tools.

I'd say ~/.agent is not a good standard, XDG already defined ~/.config/ as the best for those things a long time ago and lots of unix tools follow that, so I'd say ~/.config/agents/skills may be the best for a global level

I agree with you. A xdg based ~/.config/agents/skills would be better for standard. However, given the amount of tools already adopt ~/.agent, I doubt the xdg one will become standard. Or maybe we can make that directory configurable this case?

codex, opencode, cursor, copilot, openclaw(pi-mono), gemini-cli/antigravity, etc..

Pretty much all the major players except Claude...

Ok, sounds good we can do on eca as well, it's a pity we would look for ~/.agents and not follow XDG tho
