+ I was formally notified on February 16, 2023, that the European Court of Human Rights approved my request for anonymity (Rules 33 and 47 of the Rules of Court). McDonald’s Corporation and its subsidiary companies, and their accomplices, have committed serious frauds and money laundering. I am also accusing them of corruption of foreign officials and magistrates. I am simultaneously a victim, a key witness, an analyst, and, in a way, also a whistle-blower. For the record, I’ve never worked for McDonald’s. I will explain later in more details why then I also use this term of whistle-blower. Quickly, here are a few reasons. The SEC Whistle-blower platform accepts whistle-blower reports/filings from anyone including people who are not working for the corporation being reported.
