RDF 1.2 PR Tracking #5406
Description
Just wanted to give some additional context for the 4 PRs I've made relating to RDF 1.2.
The first is #5389 which contains the implementation for RDF 1.2 literals - directed language strings and adding the JSON datatype.
The next is #5404 which has the implementation of RDF 1.2 triple terms, overwriting the current RDF-Star implementation. This PR contains the commits for the first PR because it builds on top of a few pieces, so the literals should be merged first.
The third is #5405 which has the implementation for version announcement. This relies on both the directed language string and the triple term implementations, so contains all of those commits and should be merged after both of the first two PRs.
Last is #5390 which has code for updating the compliance testing to include the W3C RDF 1.2 tests. This involved majorly refactoring the testing code to make it extensible for RDF 1.2 testing. This PR is independent of the first 3. For now, the RDF 1.2 tests are commented out so that it passes the integration tests, but once RDF 1.2 is fully merged, the tests can be uncommented.
