[Win32] Edge browser support (Umbrella)

Edge has been made the default browser used by SWT with the 2025-03 release of Eclipse:

• Edge: Roadmap to making edge the default browser on Windows #1466

This issue is supposed to be an umbrella for collecting, organizing and prioritizing specific issues reported for SWT's Edge support.
