Refresh button in the Documents perspective

Sometimes it is useful to have a manual refresh option.
The user can "refresh" the current folder by navigating, either in a sub-folder or going back to the parent, and then going back to the folder that needs to be refreshed but that is cumbersome.
We need a dedicated refresh button.
