Events of an institution not followed by the user.

Description
At Institution events page, the events list doesn't show if the user does not follow the institution.
Its a backend bug, the request response is empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an event in an institution
2. Login with a user that doesn't follow the institution used in step 1.
3. Go to the events institution page
4. See no events.

Expected behavior
The events of that institution should be shown.
