Using Login with Origin Security Code

When trying to login, origin always wants a security code that is send via mail.
How do you handle that?

As far as I'm aware, there are two ways:
Either you design a way for PHP to search your mail, extract the code and use it (Shouldn't be too hard, there are a lot of mail PHP plugins already available)
-- Or --
Use Origins Backup codes (Gives you 6 tries before needing more) This is the easiest approach since I have managed to go days without a disconnect.

Be aware the Web App's transfer market is currently down so once you log in there isn't much to do.
