Предлагаю сделать карточки участников ДТП адаптивными, так чтобы при сужении экрана или большом количестве карточек, не было необходимости скроллить их в ширину и оставался только скролл в высоту.

Пожалуйста, напишите, если есть причины, по которым нужно оставить именно горизонтальный скроллинг.
