Not sure if there's something preventing creating utility resolvers for the core field types like plain text, formatted text, boolean, link, date etc?

If not I'll happily build some out. I'm thinking based on the pattern used in \Drupal\graphql\Plugin\GraphQL\DataProducer\Entity\EntityLoad

Thoughts?
