Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am not exactly frustrated with the software. It increased my page load speeds by about 3x.
I was previously using expressjs.

Describe the solution you'd like
This is just a suggested concept for people who enjoy developing with pugjs instead of regular html

Describe alternatives you've considered
I built a gist of the proposed idea.

Additional context
Maybe you can add it to the wiki as user contributed ideas or work-around or something.

Either way this issue is pretty much solved already.
Just provided an example in case somebody runs into the same problem.
Thanks.
