Description

Adding a Contributors file will help contributors to add there name when they finish there contribution.

Reason

To recognize all contributors that contributed in this project

Proposed Changes

  • Link CONTRIBUTING.md file's Contributors using link tag to this new file.
  • Explain how and when to add there name in this new file.
