we need to figure out the source of truth, either a yaml file in this repo, a yaml file that generates json, or a dynamic API call to the GitHub API to get repos and repo metadata

@nathanclevenger @AggressivelyMeows How about a hook into the apis.do library? After a call is completed through an apis.do-enabled library, call back to a registry service that can list the service.
