Release pipeline: Ran out of disk space downloading packages #3381
Description
When running a dry run of the release pipeline for 8.0 Preview 3, the build agent ran out of disk space when attempting to mirror the packages. See build (internal only).
This is being tracked by dotnet/arcade#13036. A suggestion was made in First Responders to change the Build.Ubuntu.2004.Amd64 VM image. Either the underlying issue with the 1ES image needs to be resolved or we need to switch to the non-1ES image.
