Description

We have disable some tests that were hitting a error IndexOf with matchLength this was tracked to on the runtime

dotnet/runtime#111506.

We need to update the runtime and enable this version once this is fixed.

Version with bug

9.0.30 SR3

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this used to work in .NET MAUI

Last version that worked well

9.0.30 SR3
