ONNX Named Entity Recognizer #6883

Hello,
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My problem is that the Named Entity Recognizer doesn't support saving in ONNX. And, I'm working on a student project which is the creation of a medical application. And I need to extract information from a prescription (stored in a string) such as the name of the medicine. This model needs to be able to be used on other libraries.

The solution would be for the Named Entity Recognizer to support ONNX registration.

Thanks for your suggestion.

In order to enable this, TorchSharp would need to enable export to ONNX. No immediate work can be done in ML.NET at this time.
