Accessibility: Narrator issues

1. Narrator identifies IW as 'text editor - readonly
2. It does not read IW output. Say, 1+1 <ENTER> is read correctly but the resulting 2 is silent.

Editor part is done. Now we need support for LiveRegion in WPF so that we can read incoming output on demand.
