Add ASP.NET Core AuthN/AuthZ metrics

Description

New built-in metrics were added to ASP.NET Core in dotnet/aspnetcore#59557.

We should update this document to include them.

We should also update the OpenTelemetry semantic conventions document with the same content. See: dotnet/aspnetcore#60468.
