Exception Dialog still points to Feedback Hub #48
Description
Describe the bug
When there's an error in XAML Studio with it crashing the dialog points to Feedback Hub.
It should point to GitHub instead.
Steps to reproduce
Cause XAML Studio to crash...
Expected behavior
Dialog points to GitHub

See the VS Code pattern, we can have it fill out the form within the app to start the bug process and pre-fill some data from the app itself like Version, and the XAML which crashed app. Wonder if we can get commit number embedded?
