How, can i reduce the joint stiffness while operating in "ROBOT_MODE_MANUAL"? #219

I'm trying to operate my Doosan A0509 in manual mode but joint are really stiff and also can i change the SPEED_MODE to "normal mode" from "reduced mode" while working in manual mode?
Also, to operate in manual mode, I've to continuously press a button on top on end-effector, can i remove this constraint while i'm moving the manipulator?
