No. The implementation is supposed to be API compliant and cannot be disabled. You can change the max amount it sleeps for with the client parameter, but that's about it.

i basically want to have my own route based ratelimiting, not what you're doing cause if let's say i spam messages and i hit a ratelimit, my account is left in a state where i can't send a message or delete one until that ratelimit passes away might be 1.x or 2.x or 3.x seconds whatever your ratelimiting says.
