[docs-scanner] Stale framing about Docker Offload subscription in manage-products.md #24301

Description

File: content/manuals/admin/organization/manage-products.md

Issue

The Docker Offload section describes the product as if it requires a separate sign-up and subscription process:

Docker Offload isn't included in the core Docker subscription plans. To make Docker Offload available, you must sign
up
and subscribe.

This framing suggests Docker Offload is in an early access or separate purchase phase. The note uses "must sign up" language that may be outdated if Docker Offload is now integrated into standard subscription tiers or has a different availability model.

Suggested fix

Verify the current availability model for Docker Offload:

  • If it's now included in certain subscription tiers, update the note to reflect which plans include it
  • If it still requires separate sign-up, clarify the relationship to core subscriptions (e.g., "available as an add-on" rather than "isn't included")
  • Remove the note entirely if Docker Offload is now a standard feature

Update the framing to describe the current state rather than an ongoing transition.
