Description

Gathering diagnostics is taking several minutes for me, and it's still going. Some people might not be as patient as I am. Moreover, I'm doing it in the terminal. Doing the same thing from the Docker Desktop UI shows no output and no progress, causing people to think the process is hung and give up on it.

Please mention that this "may take up to 5 minutes or longer" or something like that. It's a small thing that goes a long way.
