Push manual page doesn't describe remote syntax

Problem description

Please add a short description of the remote syntax, or link to one somewhere. Nothing is mentioned about the username portion of the syntax, it shows up unexplained at the bottom of the page (see how "myadmin" just comes out of nowhere with no explanation).

Hello @dgilman! Here's a rough draft to add onto the docs:

Additionally, the username for authentication is specified as "myadmin" and the remote name/tag is "rhel-httpd:latest". Note, the syntax generally follows the format:

docker image tag [OPTIONS] IMAGE[:TAG] [REGISTRYHOST:][PORT/][USERNAME/]NAME[:TAG]

Please let me know if this sounds good or if any modifications are necessary, and I can submit a PR as necessary.
