The banner is still up even though the survey closed December 21st. We should remove it, no?

Thank you @wsvincent! We chose to have a written close date to simplify comms but technically the survey has been opened just the same since the 21st (and the analysis would only start in the new year anyway).

It will fully close soon though – so we can definitely take out the banner. @bmispelon I believe you had added the banner at the start, would you be ok to remove it now?

Ah if someone else wants to pick this up, it looks like it’s just this commit to revert, and then reinstating the styling changes to links: 42efb4e

Hi all,

Between the holidays and me being sick this fell off my radar. I've made the changes in #1873 and will deploy them now. The changes should be live soon 🎸
