Issues with RF run. wrong number of summary statistics in statobs file. #159
Comments
To add. The only difference in my last run that was successful is that I had not updated the GUI. I am using the web software. After I update, I have this issue. Please help. |
I've been running into the same issue as well. I've tried reformatting the statobs file to have values with less than 8 decimal places as per another commenter's suggestions, but that hasn't solved the issue. Did you manage to find a solution? |
I have still not found a solution. Instead I switched over to the older version |
Hi, I am really sorry for the very late reply. Due to work overload, the development, support and maintenance for the project diyabcGUI is currently paused. Feel free to contact us (by submitting an issue) if you want to take over the development for this project. Pull request are also welcome to fix bug or implement missing functionalities. I have updated the README file to announce this. This is the official announcement to clarify a situation that has been going on for quite some time. You can still use the command line version of the software which is still maintained/supported. Check the documentation page here. All my apologies for the trouble, |
Hi. I had this issue with both the GUI and command line versions. I think the reason is that some of the summary statistics return "-nan(ind)" values. What could go wrong, resulting in these values being received? Thank you in advance. |
Hi. I keep receiving error in RF model choice. I check statobs file and my summary statistics are all accounted for. The only difference is the values which are not in the 8 decimal places as in a successful run I had previously. Why is this file not consistent across runs if this is the issue. If not is there other reason I could get error.
Thanks greatly.
